Yoooo, well I work out usually 5-6 days a week typically. During school time I either do sports after school or go to the gym to run or do some sort of cardio and then workout through free weights, resistance exercises, the machines and all that sorta stuff. When I don’t have school I do the same but just for longer and try to fit in some yoga here and there :) Mixing up my exact routine every so often is key so that I don’t get bored or plateau out
